Refund Event Payments — Manage Refunds Inside Golfify

Refund players directly from the Golfify app without jumping into Stripe. You can refund full bookings or specific line items, track refund activity, and see whether a transaction is fully or partially refunded.

🆕 How Refunds Work in Golfify

Golfify lets event organisers issue refunds for payments made inside an event.

You can:

• Refund a full transaction
• Refund specific line items only
• Refund payments from the event payments screen
• Refund payments from an individual player’s registration/payment view

Once processed, the refund status updates inside Golfify and the transaction history shows the full activity log.

📍 Where to Start a Refund

There are two main ways to reach the refund screen.

1. From the Event Payments Screen

2. Tap the money icon on the event home screen.
3. Open the Payments screen.
