🏷️ Team Nicknames — Custom Names for Fixed Teams

Give your pairs, 3‑balls, and 4‑balls a fun, memorable identity on the leaderboard. Team nicknames replace the default surname display with a single, custom team name.

🆕 What are Team Nicknames?

In Fixed Team events—where teammates play together in the same grouping (Pairs, 3‑person, or 4‑person teams)—you can set a team nickname (e.g., Tiger’s Team) that appears on the leaderboard instead of player surnames.

Applies to: Fixed Team formats with teammates grouped together.

Not designed for: Individual-only events or Group‑Team‑only setups.

đź“Ť Where to Set a Team Nickname

  1. Open your event and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Player Manager.
  3. Select any player in the team (we recommend the team captain).
  4. Tap Edit player details.
  5. Enter a name in Team nickname and Save.
  6. Open the Leaderboard to see the nickname for that team.

Tip: You only need to set the nickname once—on any one member of the team—and it applies to the whole team in that grouping.
