Golfify allows you to create events with customized scoring formats, where different numbers of player scores count on different holes. This feature is perfect for organizing games like better ball variations such as Irish Rumble, waltz, cha cha cha, or any custom scoring you prefer. This guide will walk you through the process of setting up such an event.

<aside> Note: Currently, you cannot set custom scores to count during the initial event creation. This feature is planned for future updates. For now, you can adjust the scores after creating the event.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Create a Better Ball Event

• Open Golfify on your device.
• Tap the plus button to start creating a new event.

2. Choose the Game Mode

• Select the "Better Ball" option from the list of game modes.
• Note: You will customize the scores to count after the event is created.

3. Set Up Basic Event Details

• Select the Number of Players per Team:
  • For example, choose "Pairs Better Ball" for a two-player team.
• Select a Facility:
  • Tap on the facility or course where the event will take place.
  • Tip: If you forget to select a facility, the app will prompt you.
