How to Add a Player Cut in Golfify
Adding a player cut in your multi-round Golfify event is simple and follows a similar process to the cutline system used in professional tournaments like the PGA Tour. This feature allows you to set a threshold score after which only players meeting or exceeding the cutline will continue in the tournament.
Steps to Add a Player Cut:
1. Prepare Your Event
- Open your event: Navigate to the multi-round event where you want to set a player cut.
- Review the leaderboard: Check current player scores to help decide the cutline threshold.
2. Access Player Management
- Go to Settings: As the event host, access the Settings menu.
- Open Player Manager: Select Player Manager to manage participants.
3. Set Up the Cutline
- Navigate to Tee Sheet: In Player Manager, find the Tee Sheet tab.
- Choose the cut round: Select the round where you want to apply the cutline (e.g., round 2).
- Apply the cut: Tap on Cut Players at the top of the Tee Sheet.
- Set the threshold: Input the cutline score (e.g., 8 over par).
4. Finalize and Verify
- Confirm the cut: Click Apply Cut to update the leaderboard.
